INSERT COSTS

• Inserts are a great way to add to the product offering of the catalogue with products and/or suppliers that highlight your expertise or specialty.

PAGE NUMBERING

Page numbering of the basic catalogue and your inserts are as follows:

• Insert pages will appear at the front of the book or the end, if you wish
• Insert pages will be numbered as "A" pages when they appear at the front of the book
• Standard pages are indicated by a number only

FULL COLOUR INSERTS

On coated gloss paper (similar or catalogue basic paper)

Minimum number of catalogues to apply inserts is 250 per language and per priced or unpriced version. Should you wish to have a different page count or quantity, please contact us. We would be glad to quote you on your specific requirement.

NOTE:

• All prices apply per language and per priced or unpriced version.
• All necessary charges for computer to plate work, artwork changes, special layouts, coloured proofs, inserts, changes to blueprints will be included on the invoice. Additional minimum charges of $130.00.
• Quantities may vary by +/- 5%.
• Name on cover plate change of $185.00 will apply to second language or 2nd version of priced or unpriced (in the case the covers should change).
• All catalogues are F.O.B. Beauceville, Quebec. Approximately 100 km south of Quebec City.
• Please be sure to include the name of your preferred transport carrier and account # or quote # to ship the catalogues to you.

ORDER DUE DATES, PROCESSING & PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

Order Forms for Your Required Quantity by: June 8, 2018

Your Information and Artwork Submission for Covers and Inserts by: June 15, 2018

ARTWORK

• Artwork submission after the due date will be subject to additional set-up and running charges, where applicable.
• Our graphics department is available to help you with any special custom cover layouts. Requests will be handled on a first come, first served basis. We may not have enough time and resources to provide you with this service. Graphics work is charged at $75.00 per hour.

HANDLING ORDERS

• We can process orders given in writing only and cannot be responsible for errors and omissions caused by verbal orders and changes.
• We are ready to assist with layouts and answer any questions. Please call us with any questions you may have.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

• Production of the catalogue will be in the month of July for delivery in early to mid-September

CANCELLATION

• After the due date, charges will apply for the cancellation of any order. Charges will include any expenses incured up to the time of cancellation.
