OFFSET THE COST OF YOUR EQUIPMENT

We recognize that SCN Industrial may not be your source for some of the products in this catalogue. You may have a large enough volume to be direct with any one of the suppliers represented in the Material Handling catalogue. SCN has gone to these manufacturers to get pre‑approval for COOP dollars to offset the cost of the book for our distributors.

These logos represents manufacturers who acknowledge the K‑book as an advertising vehicle for their products and have agreed to work with their direct distributors to help fund the cost of the K‑book.

If you are a direct distributor of any of the manufacturers, please contact your representative to see how they can help offset the cost to you.

We can help you make the covers of this catalogue truly a representation of your company. Our graphics team can help with artwork and layout of the custom cover option. Get your request in early. Requests will be handled on a first come, first served basis. We may not have enough time and resources to provide you with this service. Graphics work is charged at $95.00 per hour.

Minimum order for a custom cover is 500 copies per language.

All necessary charges for artwork changes, special layouts, coloured proofs, hole punching, inserts, changes to blueprints and freight (where applicable) will be included on the invoice.
All catalogues are F.O.B. Beauceville, Quebec. Approximately 100 km south of Quebec City.
Freight charged are shipped C.O.D.
Please be sure to include the name of your preferred transport carrier and account # or quote # to ship the catalogue to you.

INSERT COSTS

Inserts are a great way to add to the product offering of the catalogue with products and/or suppliers that highlight your expertise or specialty.
Increase visibility of your core suppliers by offering them ad space on these pages and help offset the cost of the catalogue.

PAGE NUMBERING

Page numbering of the basic catalogue and your inserts are as follows:

Standard pages will all be numbered with the letter "B".
Insert pages will be numbered as "A" pages when they appear at the front of the book. Those coming at the end can be numbered "C" or any designation you wish.

FULL COLOUR INSERTS

Quantities highlighted in blue will be the same paper as the basic catalogue. Other quantities will be printed on slightly thicker, coated gloss paper.

Artwork submission after the due date will be subject to additional set-up and running charges, where applicable.
Our graphics department is available to help you with any special custom cover layouts. Requests will be handled on a first come, first served basis. We may not have enough time and resources to provide you with this service. Graphics work is charged at $95.00 per hour.

HANDLING ORDERS

We can process orders given in writing only and cannot be responsible for errors and omissions caused by verbal orders and changes.
We are ready to assist with layouts and answer any questions.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

Production of the catalogue will be in the month of July for delivery in early to mid-September

CANCELLATION

After the order deadline date, charges will apply for the cancellation of any order. Charges will include any expenses incured up to the time of cancellation.
