Like all e-commerce programs, the on-line catalogue requires marketing and promotional efforts from the distributor. Time, attention and appropriate resources must be allocated to the site in order to generate revenue.

By submitting this form you agree to:

• One year activation from the go live date on your website (60 days of advance notice is required for deactivation thereafter)
• Payment of setup fees
• Monthly payments for the online catalogue subscription based on the options selected via this form
• The content, images, pricing and availability on the SCN Personalized Online Catalogue site cannot be extracted, scraped, duplicated, reproduced or otherwise linked to any other site than the one named under "Company URL" in this document. This includes, but is not limited to, marketplaces or third-party platforms
• SCN and its employees and agents will under no circumstances be liable to the Subscribing Company for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to costs of any loss of business or goodwill, profits, revenue or anticipated savings, resulting from the use of SCN’s Personalized Online Catalogue.
• SCN bears no responsibility in the Subscribing Company’s financial transactions, whether through the use of a PayPal account or other means of payment and will not be held liable for any loss of business or monetary loss related to fraud, malfunction or misuse of payment mechanisms.
