Please Note: All catalogues will ship FOB Beauceville, Quebec. If a transport carrier to ship the catalogues to you (collect) is not chosen, one will be chosen for you and charged to you.

Insert Pages

Insert Pages Requirement

For orders of minimum quantities of 250.

Insert pages will appear at the front of the catalogue. Please indicate numbering on your insert pages as you would like it to appear.

Standard pages are indicated by a number only.

Note: Page size of the catalogue is 8 1/4" x 10 3/4".

Print & Bind the page inserts into my catalogue.

Supplying Your Cover & Insert Pages Information

Electronically Supplied Artwork

  • We are equipped to handle all Mac and PC formats.
  • Software: Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign CC
  • Format: .eps / .ai / .tif / .psd / .jpg / .indd
  • Images should be provided at a minimum of 300 ppi.
  • Image Size: Preferably a minimum of 4" x 5".
  • Images under 3 MB may be e-mailed to: [email protected] (anything larger, please send by FTP site, please ask for details).
  • Note: Anything from the web will be low resolution (poor quality) and therefore rarely usable.

Terms & Conditions

  • All prices apply per language. Learn More
  • All necessary charges for computer to plate work, artwork changes, special layouts, coloured proofs, inserts, changes to blueprints will be included on the invoice. Additional minimum charges of $130.00.
  • Name on cover plate change of $185.00 will apply to second language.
  • All catalogues are F.O.B. Beauceville, Quebec. Approximately 100 km south of Quebec City.
  • Should you wish to use your own carrier, please be sure to include the name of your preferred transport carrier and account # to ship the catalogues to you.
  • Taxes extra.
  • For PDF version, charge for second language will be $200.00 including PDF version for tablet.
  • Quantities may vary under 2000 by +/- 10%, over 2000 by +/- 5%
  • Geographical restrictions apply.

Agreement of Terms & Conditions

I understand that I will be invoiced according to the prices listed, plus artwork, CTP (computer to plates) and/or alterations (if requested by the customer). I also understand that CANCELLATION CHARGES WILL APPLY.
