This optional feature works with the Login feature described below. It allows for specific customers of your choosing to see a different pricing structure once they log on to your catalogue. Purchase this feature to establish favourable pricing for your VIP customers or to change the pricing on categories which correspond to your selected customer’s area of business.
The Registration/Login Feature allows your customers to make easier, faster and more accurate visits to your website by streamlining the checkout process. For you, gathering data on customers who have set up an account on your website is invaluable in building or updating your customer database, targeting your promotions and supporting customer retention.
Customers who log in will benefit from Order Pad and Shopping Lists features, allowing for quick additions to their cart or creating lists of items they intend to order or reorder later.
The Registration/Login feature can be paired with the Pricing customized for specific customers option to allow selected logged-in customers to see a different pricing structure.
Choose between a “quote cart” allowing customers to request a quote for the items in their cart, or an “order cart” where your customer submits items they would like to order from you. An email is sent to you letting you know that a cart has been submitted and another is sent to your customer letting them know that you will be in touch to confirm the freight costs and retrieve payment.
Your SPOC can add SCN’s freight rates (from our warehouse to the delivery location) to the total your customer sees, if you intend to drop ship orders with SCN.
With this optional feature, SPOC is connected to your PayPal merchant account so that customers can pay for their order, with their PayPal account or a credit card, at the time of submitting their cart. Behind the scenes, orders come in as quotes in your SCN account until you verify that you have received payment and convert the quotes to orders.
If your website has a Live Chat feature, it can be integrated into your personalized online catalogue, allowing you to communicate with your customers in the timeliest way.
Banner ads advertise specific categories of products to your customers by linking them to the best-sellers and best stocked items. Existing customers will see not only what they may be used to buying from your organization, but the banners offer a great opportunity to showcase what other product categories they can purchase all on the same order. Monthly updates ensure that your customers are always seeing the new, the fresh, and the best!
