Location: Montréal (Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, QC)
Department: INSIDE SALES
Reports to: INSIDE SALES SUPERVISOR
Job purpose: To provide overall superior customer service in order to develop and maintain solid business relationships while continuing SCN Industrial’s reputation for outstanding customer support.
Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls, processing e-mail and fax requests, generating quotes, providing basic product information, setting up new accounts, handling complaints, processing returns and credits.
You may be required to carry out other duties, as are within your capabilities and level of responsibility, in order to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
French / English Bilingualism required.
Experience in customer service (inbound or outbound calls) – high volume.
Strong computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word and some Excel).
Excellent problem solving abilities.
Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette.
Salary: Based on; number of years of customer service (inside sales) experience and product knowledge.
